How to read the grades

Supplist grades specific health effects, not supplements overall. One supplement can look convincing for one use and weak for another.

Benefit grades and safety notes are separate. A strong benefit grade does not guarantee low risk, and a favorable safety label is not a reason to expect benefit.

We rely on human research, give the most weight to strong reviews, and keep claims narrow when the evidence only supports a narrow use.
